Genesee Outfitters is excited to be the area’s first, public, indoor hand gun range. The range offers ten individual shooting lanes, each with its own automated retrieval system. Each user is able to position their own target anywhere from 0 feet (the firing line) to 75 feet away, then retrieve it – all by pushing a few buttons. This allows each shooter to place the targets at distances they feel comfortable with while shooting at the pace that’s right for them.  The price for using the range is $15/hour.  Plenty of targets and ammo are available for purchase or you can bring your own.  Handguns only, up to and including .44 magnums.  Rounds can be lead, jacketed, JHP, etc.

Genesee Outfitters also provides a selection of handguns which can be rented. This will allow you to try shooting different caliber handguns before you make a purchase. Also, it will give you the opportunity to try out the sport and see if it’s right for you, before you make an investment.  Shooting league/club and competitions will soon be organized.
